Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.

 Indoor cycling focusing on endurance, strength intervals, high intensity and recovery.

 High energy multilevel step class to build strength and stamina. The class uses weights and resistance tubing. Toning, strengthen the core and stretch. 

BOXING

 Challenging cardio, with intervals of bodyweight exercise and core work.

 Power in core, to develop long lean muscle and strong core.

  Ideal for anyone and everyone is the innovative yoga-influenced workout that builds strength, improves flexibility and tones muscle. 

YOGA

 Mind and body practice. Combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.  

TURBO KICK

  Aerobic exercise that get your heart rate up and burns calories. Also teaches boxing moves such as kicks and punches.

BODY PUMP

 Fast-paced, barbell based workout that’s designed to get you to get lean, toned and fit. Motivating music, fantastic instructor, scientifically proven to move to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would on your own.
